210mm Hand Forged Gyuto with a scratch on the black kurouchi finish on the back side of the blade. A perfectly imperfect knife.
This is the first knife I’ve ever received with an imperfection, so the “Reduced Section” is not something I’ll be stocking often.

HANDLE: Traditional Japanese-style octagonal handle, with plastic waste collected from restaurants and cafes in East London through our recycling scheme: The ReCycle Lane.

BLADE: GYUTO 210mm - Japanese translation: Cow Sword. This blade utilises one of Japan’s most popular knife steels: Aogami (Blue) #2.
HRC: 63 - This blade is razor sharp but can chip if used inappropriately. The care sheet supplied with your knife will give you so do’s and don’ts for using your knife safely.
